Summer 2
In English we will be looking at the story 'Rapunzel' by the author Bethan Woolvin. We will be creating our own story maps, verbally retelling the story and exploring the text in detail, including adjectives, changing words from singular to plural by adding s and es and looking at using capital letters for proper nouns. This will lead up to writing our own fairy tale story.
In our writing we will always try to remember our:
- Capital letters
- Full stops
- Finger spaces
- Writing on the line
- Using phonics to sound out our words.
