English - Grammarsaurus

We start each year with The Place Value of Punctuation and Grammar.

These lessons review the fundamentals of punctuation and grammar necessary to be a fluent and confident writer.

After these building-block lessons, we move onto two writing units that focus on non-narrative units where children can apply these skills.

In Year 2, we will be writing a letter linking to the Little Red unit.

Followed by an information report on mini beasts which links to our science unit.
