Eco Warriors

The school's Eco Warrior group aims to educate children and adults alike in the school to change the way they all think about sustainability.  They aim to increase awareness of ways in which the school can become more environmentally friendly.

The Eco Warriors are made up of pupils in Key Stage 2 and all have the same goal - to make Beechwood more environmentally sustainable with initiatives focus on reducing, reusing, repairing and recycling

The pupils meet regularly to discuss current issues such as litter, energy and healthy living and propose any changes they would like to make.

The school achieved the Eco Schools Green flag award in 2021/22 and we will be working hard this academic year to renew the green flag status.
