Year 5 and 6 Author Visit

On Tuesday 10th October the children in Years Five and Six were very lucky to have a special visit from the author Rebecca King. Each class took part in a writing workshop about her new book, Ember Shadows and the Lost Desert of Time. The children created their own story plan using a map and considered how their story coould develop through various challenges and obstacles. They also got the chance to ask her lots of questions about her life as a published author and how she became an author.
